Sinar Mas Land Launches Vicente Cluster at Grand Wisata
Sinar Mas Land (SML) highlighted one of its projects, the 1,100-hectare Grand Wisata development in Bekasi, West Java, as being in high demand among consumers. This is due to the innovative range of property products it offers.
The strong consumer interest is evident from the 95% sales of the first Levante cluster in the Klasika area, which spans 7.4 hectares.
Capitalizing on this success, SML is now launching a new Vicente cluster, also in the Klasika area and covering 7.4 hectares. Vicente offers a variety of home options, including:
- Vicente 10 with land areas of 130 m2 and 140 m2, and built-up areas of 148 m2 and 154 m2
- Vicente 8 with land areas of 104 m2 and 120 m2, and built-up areas of 128 m2
- Vicente 7 with land areas of 91 m2, 105 m2, 119 m2, and 126 m2, and built-up areas of 106 m2
- Vicente 6 with land areas of 72 m2 and built-up areas of 87 m2
According to Prasetijo Tanumihardja, the CEO of SML's National Residential division, homes in the Klasika area are highly sought after due to their elegant modern classic designs and proximity to the commercial superblock.
To attract consumers, SML is offering discounts and the option to pay the downpayment in 12 installments for the 248 units in the Vicente cluster, with prices starting from Rp1.7 billion per unit.
Prasetijo further emphasized that each Vicente home is designed to be elegant and comfortable, with cross-ventilation to maintain indoor air quality and energy-efficient HVAC systems.
Vicente also prioritizes landscaped gardens and communal spaces that can be used for gatherings or relaxation. The environment is pedestrian-friendly, with a resort-like neighborhood featuring green open spaces.
The larger Grand Wisata development, which has been underway since 2006 and has direct access from the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, is already equipped with various facilities. These include the Modern Market, Farmers Market, Total Buah Segar, Go Wet! Waterpark, and the soon-to-be-operational Living World Grand Wisata Mall.
Educational institutions such as IPEKA, Notre Dame School, Al Azhar High School, and SMAN 5 Bekasi Regency are also located within Grand Wisata. The area will also be home to Hermina Hospital, Mitra Keluarga Hospital, and the upcoming Eka Hospital. Next year, Grand Wisata will add a golf driving range and a premium sports club to its amenities.
In addition to the toll road, Grand Wisata can be accessed via the Bekasi Timur (Jatimulya) LRT station and the Whoosh high-speed train station at Halim.
