PT Sentul City Tbk has partnered with Bank INA to introduce services that facilitate transactions for quality and affordable secondary property products in the 3,150-hectare Sentul City. Since its development in 1994, Sentul City has grown into a self-sufficient city offering various property products and facilities, as well as a wide selection of secondary products.

According to Sentul City CEO Eddy Sindoro, the current property marketing methods are outdated, primitive, and lag behind other industries that offer much lower-priced products. Property marketing is far behind the sophisticated marketing strategies employed in the retail and culinary sectors, even though property products are worth billions.

To address this, PT Sentul City Tbk is collaborating with Bank INA to create services that simplify transactions for quality and affordable secondary property products. This aligns with the increasing number of new products and available secondary units in Sentul City, which has already attracted over 11,500 consumers seeking quality services.

The partnership has led to the introduction of the Sentul Secondary Market Exchange (BPSSC), which offers a one-stop service for property management, from home renovations to listing units for rent or sale, as well as Bank INA's secondary mortgage program. The Sentul City Town Management (SCTM) unit oversees the secondary market exchange, ensuring well-maintained and legally compliant properties.

Bank INA's President Director, Henry Koenaifi, noted the significant market demand for quality, move-in-ready homes, which has prompted the bank to launch a financing product tailored to the current market trends. Bank INA sees the Sentul City secondary market as having immense potential and is committed to supporting Sentul City and its consumers with secondary mortgage financing, offering special interest rates and up to 20-year tenures.

Timotius Thendean, PT Sentul City Tbk's Marketing Director, revealed that Sentul City currently has 515 secondary units worth a total of Rp1.5 trillion available for sale, as well as around 500 vacant homes with no "for sale" or "for rent" signs, presenting a significant opportunity for brokers and property agents. This secondary mortgage program is the first of its kind in Indonesia, aimed at facilitating collaboration among developers, banks, brokers, agents, property owners, and prospective buyers.
