PT Inti Mitbana Development, a company formed through the collaboration of Mitbana (a partnership between Mitsubishi Corporation and Surbana Jurong) and PT Intiland Development Tbk, has announced the latest developments regarding the Green Bestari Park project located in Tangerang, Banten. At the end of August, the management of PT Inti Mitbana Development, along with its partners, held a ceremony to inaugurate a new show unit and sales gallery in the Green Casa Cluster.

"Our partners have made significant contributions to the development of Green Bestari Park, and this support is crucial for the progress of our project. The sustainability of this partnership will be a key factor in realizing our vision for Green Bestari Park," stated Kenji Ono, Director of Mitbana, in a press release issued on Tuesday, September 17.

The new show unit in Green Casa is the first residential cluster in Green Bestari Park to be officially introduced to the public. The units offered reflect a blend of modern Japanese design, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of a vibrant community.

There are two types available: Type A, which is a two-story unit featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garden, with installments starting from IDR 5 million per month. Type C/D is a single-story unit with two layout options offering 2-3 bedrooms and one bathroom, with installments of IDR 4 million per month.

To celebrate the opening of the model unit, a variety of facilities have been provided through collaboration with banking institutions. The banks involved in this partnership include Bank Danamon, Bank BCA, Bank Mandiri, Maybank, Bank BTN, Bank UOB, and Primaya Hospital. Additionally, there will be community events such as health talk shows, free health check-ups, live music performances, food trucks, and more.

Green Bestari Park is a comprehensive area spanning 51 hectares, designed with a transit-oriented development (TOD) concept. Its location is highly strategic, situated approximately 100 meters from the Balaraja Timur toll exit. This area is also connected to the planned development of the MRT phase three, which will link Balaraja and Cikarang.

The development of this area integrates lifestyle facilities, commercial spaces, and residential areas within a one-stop living concept, aimed at creating a comfortable and dynamic community. In the future, Green Bestari Park will be further developed with the addition of a town center and clubhouse across from the Green Casa Cluster, including new retail areas and additional residential clusters.

Permadi Indra Yoga, the Director of Business Development at PT Intiland Development Tbk, emphasized that Green Bestari Park is being developed with an optimistic vision for the future, particularly to foster a dynamic and integrated community that enhances the quality of life for all residents.

"As we progress, we are committed to delivering innovative developments that meet the ever-evolving needs of society. We take great pride in the advancements made at Green Bestari Park to date, which reflect our dedication to creating a quality living environment through international collaboration," he stated.
