Sentul City Wins 2 Awards
PT Sentul City Tbk remains dedicated to the development of the Sentul City township, which spans an area of 3,150 hectares located in Babakan Madang, Bogor Regency, West Java. This area is designed as a modern urban environment that is both comprehensive and comfortable, integrating residential spaces with various business activities.
Eddy Sindoro, the CEO of PT Sentul City Tbk, emphasized that Sentul City has established comprehensive infrastructure equipped with international-standard facilities to enhance the comfort of the area. Currently, the development has progressed over 1,250 hectares, implementing an efficient city management system.
"Sentul City is situated at an elevation ranging from 175 to 300 meters above sea level, creating a lush environment, which is reflected in the air quality or Air Quality Index (AQI). In Sentul City, the AQI value is recorded at 8, indicating that the air quality is very good and unpolluted, with the good index category falling within the range of 0-50," he stated in a press release issued on Thursday, September 12.
At present, PT Sentul City Tbk is developing its latest residential cluster, Spring Residence, which consists of landed houses in the new Spring City area covering 34 hectares. Spring Residence is located at the highest point, reaching 440 meters above sea level, offering stunning views of Mount Pancar, which stands at 800 meters.
The sustainable development of Sentul City and the excellence of the Spring Residence concept have been recognized with two awards at the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2024, acknowledged as the 'Gold Standard' for property developers in Indonesia.
Spring Residence has successfully received accolades in the categories of Best Affordable Housing Development (Greater Jakarta) - Winner (Gold) and Best Affordable Housing Development. Additionally, Spring Residence has been recognized with the Best Smart Home Development - Highly Commended (Silver) award.
