Cendana Suites, New Cluster from Lippo
Following the successful announcement of the XYZ Livin project at Green River View, Tanjung Bunga, Makassar, South Sulawesi, LippoLand has introduced its latest residential cluster named Cendana Suites.
David Iman Santosa, the President Director of LippoLand, stated that Cendana Suites is situated within the waterfront city of Tanjung Bunga.
"The location is highly strategic, requiring only a short walk across the road to reach Trans Studio Makassar," he remarked in an official statement on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
Cendana Suites offers residential units in several configurations, including a standard type 5 with a building area of 78.1 m2 and a plot size of 67.5 m2, as well as a corner type with a building area of 78.6 m2 and a plot size of 94.5 m2.
Additionally, there is a type 5.5 standard with a building area of 88.8 m2 and a plot size of 79.8 m2, along with a corner type featuring a building area of 89.3 m2 and a plot size of 108.8 m2.
Each unit is designed with ample openings and good air circulation, comprising three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a carport for two vehicles, and a spacious backyard that exudes a resort-like atmosphere.
"The price for each unit is below IDR 1 billion," David explained during the product knowledge event for Cendana Suites, which was attended by hundreds of real estate agents at the project site.
The waterfront city of Tanjung Bunga is reported by its developers to have close access to various commercial facilities, shopping centers, healthcare services, educational institutions, accommodations, and beach tourist attractions in Makassar.
Access to the location is also described as convenient, whether by private vehicle or public transportation, including Damri buses, Trans Mamminasata, local minibuses, and taxis.
