Summarecon Bogor Presents New Cluster The Ebony Residence
PT Summarecon Agung Tbk has launched its latest cluster in Summarecon Bogor (500 ha), named The Ebony Residence. Indra Wijaya Antono, the Executive Director of Summarecon, stated that this cluster is designed to meet the housing needs of young families, emphasizing the creation of a balanced lifestyle through the natural beauty found in Bogor.
"We have introduced seven clusters in Summarecon Bogor, totaling 1,300 housing units, all of which have been sold. The Ebony Residence is our response to the growing demand for residential products in this area," he remarked in a press release issued on Thursday, September 12.
The official launch of this cluster is scheduled for September 20, 2024, with unit types available starting from 7x14 and 9x14, priced between Rp1.9 billion and Rp2.6 billion. Previously launched clusters include The Mahogany Residence (2020), The Agatis Residence (2020), The Pinewood Residence (2021), The Rosewood Residence (2021), The Alderwood Residence (2022), and The Maple Residence (2023). The first four clusters have already been handed over to their owners.
In addition to residential offerings, Summarecon Bogor has also marketed the commercial product Graha Boulevard (2023), which has been completely sold out, including operational commercial plots such as Teras by Plataran, Bebek Ningrat, Sudobrew, and the upcoming Taste and See.
