The government's value-added tax (VAT) incentive extension program (VAT DTP) has received a positive response from developers. This incentive provides significant benefits for the community by allowing them to purchase property products at more affordable prices, which in turn accelerates sales for development companies.

Sianna Sutinah Rustanto, President Director of PT Purinusa Jayakusuma, welcomed the extension of the VAT DTP, stating that it demonstrates the government's support for the property sector. This is expected to encourage national economic growth and have a positive impact on other real sectors.

Purinusa Jayakusuma is currently focused on developing the 26-hectare Aryana Karawaci housing complex in Tangerang, Banten. They have built nearly 3,000 housing units so far, and are now marketing two new clusters - Safira and Kristal - which offer around 600 units with prices starting from IDR 600 million. Both clusters have utilized the 100% VAT DTP program in the first semester, and this stimulus will continue for their remaining ready-stock products.

Sianna believes the VAT DTP incentive will accelerate sales of their products, as the targeted middle-class segment is well-suited for the program's benefits, including tax and fee exemptions. In recent years, Purinusa Jayakusuma has focused on developing ready-stock products to cater to this market, and the Kristal and Safira clusters were launched in March 2024 to capitalize on the high public interest and VAT DTP support.

The strategic location of Aryana Karawaci, surrounded by large-scale developments like Lippo Karawaci, Gading Serpong, and BSD City, is another key advantage. According to Rita Megawati, the Property Lounge Project Consultant, the VAT DTP incentives, fee exemptions, strategic location, and attractive promotions make this an ideal choice for buyers. The houses offer 2-4 bedroom options, with clubhouse and other amenities available.

Consumers can enjoy various payment conveniences and direct prizes, and with the VAT DTP incentive, Purinusa Jayakusuma is confident that all products in the Safira and Kristal clusters will be sold out by the end of this year.
