Alam Sutera Expo Offers Super Low KPR Interest Promos
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Alam Sutera Group, PT Alam Sutera Realty is hosting the "Alam Sutera 30th Anniversary Expo #AmazingSALEbration" from September 1 to 30, 2024.
The property expo will take place at several locations, including Mall@Alam Sutera, Living World Alam Sutera, Puri Indah Mall, Central Park, and Supermall Karawaci. The event will culminate in a gala dinner for customers on October 6, 2024 at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta.
According to a press release from Alam Sutera on September 2, 2024, the expo will feature a variety of projects from the Alam Sutera Group, such as Suvarna Sutera, Ayodhya, EleVee Residences, The Gramercy, and Central Hills, among others.
Alam Sutera has also partnered with several banks to provide mortgage (KPR/KPA) financing options for property purchases in these projects. The banks are offering very low promotional interest rates, with fixed schemes for the first 1 to 5 years.
For example, BCA is offering a 1.45% mortgage rate, along with 17% discounts on admin fees, 8% life insurance, and 45% discount on provision fees. BNI announced a 2.75% mortgage rate with a 0.5% provision fee. Bank Mayapada is providing up to Rp25 million in cashback, while Maybank is offering promotional rates starting from 3.75% and a 15% discount on life insurance premiums.
BTN is offering a 3.95% mortgage rate with a fixed scheme for 3 years and a 0.5% provision fee. OCBC NISP is providing a maximum 0.75% provision discount and waiving admin fees. Bank Mandiri is offering a 2.7% promotional mortgage rate with a 3-year fixed scheme, or 3.7% with a 5-year fixed scheme. Bank Danamon is providing a 5.08% promotional rate with a 5-year fixed scheme, while CIMB Niaga is offering a 0.1% admin fee discount and a 15% discount on life insurance.
BRI is offering a 2.65% promotional mortgage rate with a 1-year fixed scheme, plus free provision and appraisal fees. BSI is providing a special margin/cashback promotion starting from 8.5%, with similar promotions from J Trust Bank and Bank BJB.
In addition to the promotional interest rates, Alam Sutera is also offering direct benefits for property purchases during the expo, including up to 30% discounts, various payment options, and prizes ranging from precious metals to smartphones, motorcycles, and BYD ATTO 3 cars.
Lilia Setiprawarti Sukotjo, the Marketing and Sales Director of Alam Sutera, stated that the properties developed by the Alam Sutera Group are promising investments, thanks to the ongoing progress of the projects.
For example, the Alam Sutera project has direct toll road access, and in the future, it will be complemented by three stations as part of the Balaraja (Tangerang-Banten)-Jakarta-Cikarang (Bekasi-West Java) West-East MRT project. These stations are Alam Sutera, Kunciran (located within the Alam Sutera area, Serpong), and Balaraja (in the Suvarna Sutera area, Pasar Kemis, Tangerang).
