The recently inaugurated Jalan Tol Lingkar Luar (JORR) 2 section connecting Cimanggis and Cibitung has had a significant impact on the surrounding housing development. The new toll road has enhanced the appeal of the eastern Cibubur area, particularly in terms of accessibility, as exemplified by the Metland Transyogi Cibubur project.

Ronnie Erlangga, the Head of the Metland Transyogi Cibubur unit, stated that accessibility is a crucial factor considered by prospective buyers when choosing a residential location. The JORR 2 toll road section provides several exit options that can be accessed through Nagrak, Narogong, or Burangkeng, allowing residents to reach Metland Transyogi Cibubur in just 5-10 minutes.

"Excellent access facilities are essential as they directly affect travel time and resident comfort. Additionally, this improved accessibility will increase the value of the property products we offer," Ronnie explained in a press release issued on Thursday (8/8).

In response, Metland Transyogi Cibubur has launched a new Okura-type product to offer modern living in the Auckland Cluster. This two-story house, with a 72/72 configuration featuring three bedrooms, is priced starting from Rp1.2 billion.

Adopting an open-plan concept, the Okura type features a spacious and transparent main living area, as well as a natural-themed facade with elegant artificial wood accents. This open-plan design is achieved through the use of transparent doors and windows, seamlessly integrating the living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard.

Metland Transyogi Cibubur is currently marketing the Ivory Cluster, which includes 77/84-type units equipped with a smart home system that allows the control of doors, air conditioners, and lights through a smartphone.

"To provide even greater convenience to our customers, we are launching the Metland Expo 2024 program, accessible through our official website until the end of August 2024. This program offers benefits such as mortgage interest subsidies, fee waivers, and direct gifts," Ronnie added.

Metland Transyogi Cibubur is being developed on a 124-hectare site, incorporating a human-centric, green environment in the eastern Cibubur area. This integrated development combines residential, business, and lifestyle elements, including the 15-hectare Urban City commercial area featuring the Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi, Waterland, Urban Plaza shops, and various dining options to support a self-sufficient urban lifestyle.
